1. No Refund After Service Delivery

Due to the nature of Vastu and spiritual consultation services:

  • ❌ No refunds will be provided once the consultation/service has been completed

  • This includes online consultations, reports, remedies, or guidance provided

2. Appointment Cancellation & Rescheduling

We understand that plans may change.

  • ✅ You may reschedule your appointment if requested at least 24 hours in advance

  • ❌ Cancellation requests made less than 24 hours before the appointment may not be eligible for rescheduling or refund

3. Refund Eligibility (Before Service)

Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:

  • Duplicate payment

  • Payment made but appointment not scheduled

  • Service not delivered due to technical or operational issues from our side

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days

4. Non-Refundable Services

The following are strictly non-refundable:

  • Completed consultations

  • Personalized reports or remedies

  • Digital products or downloadable content

  • Services already initiated or partially delivered

5. Payment Gateway

All payments are processed securely through trusted providers such as Razorpay.

  • We do not store your card or payment details

  • Refund timelines may also depend on your bank or payment provider

6. Service Delays

In rare cases of delay due to unforeseen circumstances:

  • We will inform you in advance

  • You may choose to reschedule or request a refund (if service is not delivered)
